We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Board of directors.
As a director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and sustainability of our schools, helping to provide the best possible education for our students. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in:
Finance – Overseeing budgets, financial planning, and risk management.
Governance – Ensuring strong leadership and strategic decision-making.
Human Resources (HR) – Supporting workforce development and staff wellbeing.
School Improvement – Driving high educational standards and performance.
Health & Safety – Ensuring safe learning environments for all.
Safeguarding – Championing the protection and welfare of children.
We welcome applications from professionals across these areas who can bring fresh perspectives, strategic thinking, and a commitment to making a positive impact. Previous board experience is not essential, but a willingness to contribute time, skills, and expertise is key.
This is a voluntary role, with board meetings held at least 6 times a year and opportunities to engage in the work of the Trust.
